Can I switch tiers at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account dashboard — changes prorate automatically.
What does the 10% platform fee cover?+
Creators and GMs keep 90% of commissionable revenue. FateWeave’s 10% includes standard payment processing. Memberships are billed separately; taxes, shipping, and discounts remain excluded from commissionable revenue where applicable.
Are taxes included?+
Prices shown are in USD and exclusive of applicable VAT/GST. Sales tax is collected automatically based on your billing location.
What's your policy on AI in the Marketplace?+
Human creativity comes first. AI may assist a creator's process, but listings should reflect meaningful human authorship — and creators are responsible for the originality, licensing, and legality of their work. We may ask creators to disclose significant AI involvement as our policies evolve.
Is there a refund policy?+
Memberships are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you haven't hosted a paid session. Paid game seats follow the host's individual refund policy.
